CPR Anytime for Family and Friends is a new, self-directed learning program that makes it easy to learn CPR techniques at home in less than 30 minutes. With an easy-to-follow practice demonstration DVD, families and small groups can quickly, and conveniently, learn the core skills of CPR—and learn to save lives. Kit includes an inflatable manikin (with integrated adult/child compression clicker), 22-minute instructional DVD, Family and Friends booklet, wipes, spare manikin lung and directions.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association.
